COVID POLICY

Bende is committed to providing a safe space for our community, students, trainers, and staff. 

The health and safety of our community is our main concern. We will make changes to our programs and protocols in response to government health advice and as we deem necessary.

WHEN TO STAY HOME

If you (participant/student) have COVID or COVID-like symptoms, please do not attend Bende programs. Bende may ask students/participants to sit out of training or go home if they present with symptoms. 

If you can’t make it to your program/class because of illness (including COVID-19) please contact us to discuss make-ups/refunds.

LET US KNOW

If you (participant/student) test positive for COVID after you have attended Bende programs, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible so we can notify other students/participants and our staff. Please note we do not reveal the identity of participants/students. 

STAFFING

Our trainers and staff are vaccinated against COVID-19, and our staff remain at home if they test positive to COVID or develop COVID-like symptoms. This may place pressure on our staffing/trainer levels and could cause some last-minute disruption to programs. We hope to be able to manage any disruption and will provide as much notice as possible if we have to make changes.

ENROLMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Enrolments in Bende International programs/classes can be completed online, over the phone, or in person.

To enroll we create an account in Bende International's enrolment system and you will need to sign a  waiver/indemnity form.

FEES

Eftpos. Direct deposit, and credit card. 

Credit card payments are accepted online, in-person or over the phone. Please note we do not accept American Express.

MISSED CLASSES

Bende International enrolments are for a fixed term (or portion thereof) the organisation does not offer refunds on missed classes, however, make-up classes are available.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND MAKE-UP CLASSES

Participants are allocated one make-up sessions per term; these make-up sessions do not carry over to the next term. Make-up classes expire two weeks after the missed class date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class please provide at least six hours notice so that Bende International can notify trainers and allocate staff. Cancellations made with less than six hours’ notice are not entitled to refunds or make-ups.

BOOKING A MAKE-UP CLASS

Make-up classes must be booked within two weeks of the missed lesson (within the same term). While every effort will be made to accommodate requests please note make-up classes are subject to availability and Bende International is under no obligation to provide alternate lessons, extra classes, or discounts.

It is the responsibility of the participant to book make-up class within the time frame and ask the Bende International staff about the best class to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bende International reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop/class at any time. In the event a class is canceled by Bende International due to insufficient registration, or trainer unavailability, a make-up lesson will be arranged and credits may be available.

REFUNDS/CREDITS

In the event of injury/severe illness or extenuating circumstances, Bende International may offer refunds or credits. For more information please email elle.aerialist@gmail.com

TRANSFERRING

Sometimes participants wish to swap from one class to another. If you wish to transfer classes please contact Bende International to make the necessary arrangements. Please note some classes have specific criteria and minimum requirements.
